So this is going to be a bit comical i think. I actually broke one or two toes yesterday walking into a metal chair leg while "rushing" about. So none of that was comical at the time, just in retrospect it seems a bit comical. There wasn't anything funny about the pain part.
So my last blog was about the Call of God and staying in the plan He has for us.
I have a week off and now have a foot that needs to rest. Today I was thinking. Oh Lord, did you really need to let me break my foot to keep me still enough to hear your voice and do your will.
I suppose if you saw the unwritten list in my brain that keeps getting added to of "What to do while on vacation/off work" you would say a big YES to that question.
There will be less confusion about what I can't do this week, and will be great reflection about what I actually do this week.
It seems that reflection before action is a great idea.
What are you reflecting on this week?
What are you going to do this week?
Take my advice, don't rush especially into a chair with your foot.
He does have a good plan for you when you seek Him with all of your heart. You can learn about that in Jeremiah chapter 29.
