A Journey for the King...what will YOU do with Jesus?

Just recently, (the past 2 nights actually) I was priviledged to perform with my church in a Christmas Drama/Musical called "Searching for the King". As the drama unfolded it was about different characters who were searching for "the King": Searching for Jesus Christ. As the story was revealed it was done back and forth through the lives of the "wisemen" of the Bible and some young soliders serving in the Middle-East war.
This story was depicted in a very "real" way so that we may be able to identify with both the men of old and the men of this century. How the Jesus of Old is still alive and with us in the Now. He is the Jesus of today.
Whether or not We, are searching for this King Jesus...He is searching for us.
My favorite song was sung by a group of children who are very dear to my heart.
The Kingskids choir. I am quite partial to this group since I have the honor of being their director.
So, favorite song, because? Some of the words go like this:" What will you do with Jesus? What will your answer be? Will you receive Him in your heart this Christmas? Will you crown Him as your king? Tell me, What will you do with Jesus? Your answer is the Key? Some day your heart, Your heart will be asking? what will He do with me?:" (thank you to David Clydesdale and  others)
Can you think about these words? What will YOU do with Jesus? What might He be searching to do with/for you? Maybe you have no idea what I am talking about or maybe you do? Please comment.  I would love to encourage you towards the Jesus Of Old in the Now. He has a plan for your life even this very day. Christmas means much more when we are in sync with the King of Kings and Lord of Lords....Jesus Christ. Blessings to you on this wintery December 19th, 2011.    Karen
